2018 was the hottest year in Italy since 1800

This is the thesis of the research conducted by Michele Brunetti, head of the historical climatology database of the Institute of Atmospheric Sciences and Climate of the National Council of Research Cnr-Isac of Bologna. A worrying news for the ecosystems: the effects are already visible on the glaciers of the Alpine arc and are leading to a loss of biodiversity.
